Stewed Chicken and Sharkfin Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken (1kg)
  • 500g pre-soaked shark’s fin
  • 50g Chinese ham
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 tsp wine
  • 4 cups stock or water
  • some salt

Simmering ingredients for sharks fin:

  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 tsp wine
  • 2 spring onion
  • 3 cups water
  • Method:

    • Wash sharks fin. Drain well. Bring simmering ingredients to the boil. Put in sharks fin and simmer for 3 minutes. Dish up and drain well.

    • Put chicken into stewing bowl. Place sharks fin into chicken cavity. Add wine, ginger, ham and stock or water. Cover.

    • Put the bracket and large pot into the transparent container, add water to the container above the large put max line.

    • Press the On/Off key, then press the Stew key, Choose M and set time 30 for 3 hours, season with salt, serve.

    鱼翅炖鸡

    材料:

    • 鸡1只 (约 1公斤)
    • 发好鱼翅1斤
    • 金华火腿1两
    • 姜3片
    • 酒1汤匙
    • 上汤或水4杯
    • 盐适量

    鱼翅煨料:

    • 姜3片
    • 酒2汤匙
    • 葱2棵
    • 水3杯

    做法:

    • 洗干净鱼翅,沥干水份,煮滚煨翅料,放入鱼翅煨3分钟,盛起,沥干水份。

    • 鸡放入炖盅内,将鱼翅放入鸡肚内,加入酒、姜、火腿、上汤或水,盖上炖盅盖。

    • 放入炖架和大炖盅于透明外壳内,加水超过大炖盅水位线上。

    • 开/关 键,再按键,选择 M 键和时间 30 即时间为3小时,加盐调味即可食用。
