Stewed Essence of Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (about 900g)
  • Some cordyceps or sea cucumber
  • Some salt
  • Half of cup water

Method:

  • Rinse chicken and discard internal organs, head, feet, neck and bottom part. Parboil for 5 minutes. Dish up.

  • Put some sea cucumber or cordyceps into the large pot, and add half cup of water.

  • Put the mug’s holder into the large pot, then put the chicken on the mug’s holder, cover both of two lid of the large pot.

  • Put the bracket and large pot into the transparent contianer, andd water to the container.

  • Press the ON/OFF key, then press STEW key, choose M and set time 30 for 3 hours. Season with salt and serve.

泡参(冬虫草)炖鸡精

材料:

  • 鸡1只 (重约 900 克)
  • 泡参(或冬虫草) 适量
  • 盐 适量
  • 水 半杯

做法:

  • 把鸡剐好,洗干净,去内脏、头、脚、颈和尾,出水约5分钟,盛起。

  • 加入适量泡参(或冬虫草)于大炖盅内,注入半杯水。

  • 把鸡汁架放入大炖盅内,然后放鸡,盖好双层盖。

  • 放入炖架和大炖盅,注入水防止爆壳内。

  • 开关键,再按键,选择M即中火, 设定时间30即3小时,加入适量盐即可食用。
