Steamed Fresh Fish

Ingredients:

  • fish
  • ginger (shredded)
  • spring onion (shredded)
  • oil
  • Pepper
  • Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce and dark soy sause and stock
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Method:

  • Rub fish inside and out with oil, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with conrnflour, then add 1tbsp oil. Spread spring onion sections on plate. Put the fish on top and add few slices of ginger.

  • Put the steaming into the tranpar container. Add water to the container between steam-Box Min and small pot Max./Largepot Max.

  • Put the mug’s holder into the large pot, then put the chicken on the mug’s holder, cover both of two lid of the large pot.

  • Press the Steam key, then press + key to set the timer to 12 for 12 minutes.

  • About 12 minutes later, water will be boiled. Beep indicator will sound for 30 seconds. Put the dish into the steamer, cover the lid.

  • Time display begins to complete. Beep indicator will sound for 30 seconds. Keeping warm function will be activated for 1 hour. Ready to sever.

清蒸海鲜

材料:

  • 红斑1条
  • 姜丝少许
  • 葱丝少许
  • 盐 1/2汤匙
  • 油 1.5汤匙
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 生抽、老抽、上汤各1汤匙
  • 糖1/2 汤匙

 

做法:

  • 用盐、油、胡椒粉涂匀鱼身内外,洒上生粉,再放油1汤匙,盘子底放上葱段,鱼放葱面,加入姜少许。

  • 把蒸笼放入透明外壳内,加入清水超过蒸水位线上。

  • 把鸡汁架放入大炖盅内,然后放鸡,盖好双层盖。

  • 开关 键,再按 键,设定时间 12 为12分钟。

  • 约12分钟后, 会响闹30秒,这时候把盘子放入蒸笼内,盖上外盖。

  • 倒计时完成后, 会响闹30秒,进入1小时保温状态。这时加入调味料在鱼上,即可食用。
